Welcome to Armored Light LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), a Christian online store offering faith-inspired apparel, gifts, and accessories rooted in Scripture. By using armoredlight.com (the “Site”), placing an order, or engaging with our content, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

 

1. Use of the Site

  • Eligibility: You must be 18+ or have parental consent.
  • License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access and shop. No commercial resale without written permission.

  • We do not guarantee that products will match exactly as shown or meet personal expectations in color, texture, or fit.
  • All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or restrict sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction at any time.

 

4. Orders & Payment

  • Acceptance: Orders are not binding until we confirm shipment. Payment must be received and processed before your order is accepted.
  • Review your order carefully — once accepted, cancellations may not be possible.
  • If we cancel, modify, or reject an order, we’ll notify you via email, billing address, or phone provided.
  • Pricing: All prices in USD. Errors may be corrected before fulfillment.
  • Payment: Processed securely via Shopify Payments. You authorize charges + applicable taxes.
  • Refusal: We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., fraud, stock issues) with full refund.
  • All purchases are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
  • You represent and warrant that all purchases are for personal or household use only — no commercial resale or export.

 

5. Prices & Billing

  • Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
  • Final price is set at order placement and confirmed in your email.
  • Posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import fees unless stated.
  • Prices may differ from physical stores or third-party sellers.
  • Promotional terms override these Terms if conflict arises.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information.
  • Promptly update email, credit card details, and expiration dates for smooth transactions.
  • You represent and warrant:
    • Credit card info is true, correct, and complete
    • You are authorized to use the card
    • Charges will be honored by your card issuer
    • You will pay all charges (including shipping, handling, and taxes) at posted rates

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Timeframes: Vary based on supplier, timeline provided at checkout based on shipping options selected (US). Delays possible; we are not liable for carrier errors. Delivery times are estimates only — not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss: transfers to you upon carrier handover.
  • Customs (International): You are responsible for duties/taxes.
  • We are not liable for delays due to carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

 

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Defective Items: Replacement or refund, see refund policy.
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping ($5 flat-rate label where available).
  • Non-Returnable: Custom, final sale, or used items.

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content (designs, logos, Scripture graphics, photos) © 2025 Armored Light LLC. All rights reserved.
  • License: Personal, non-commercial use only. No reproduction without permission.
  • Scripture: KJV Bible verses used under fair use for inspirational purposes.
  • No license is granted beyond these Terms. Unauthorized use violates law.
  • Trademarks: Armored Light names, logos, and slogans are protected. Shopify trademarks belong to Shopify. Third-party marks belong to their owners.

 

9. User Content

  • Reviews & Photos: By submitting, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote (with credit).
  • Standards: Content must be lawful, non-defamatory, and align with Christian values. We may remove any submission.

 

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • As-Is: Products sold “as is.” No warranties beyond manufacturer claims.
  • Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to your purchase price.
  • No Consequential Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

  • Prohibited Uses

      • IP infringement
      • Harassment or harm
      • False/misleading info
      • Spam or unsolicited ads

      • Viruses or harmful code

Our mission is to glorify God through quality merchandise that encourages biblical truth. We operate with integrity, kindness, and excellence (Colossians 3:23 KJV). While inspired by Scripture, we are not a church or ministry.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in Chesapeake, VA courts.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.
